The Fourth Man in the Fire

Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” Daniel 3:25 (NKJV).

Sometimes, the Lord saves even in the midst of fire. He won’t allow you to stand alone. He has promised that no harm shall befall you today in whatever condition you may be in Jesus Precious Name!

One of the most beautiful promises in Scripture comes from Isaiah 43:2. “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze” Isaiah 43:2

This is an especially good verse to remember when we are going through a difficult patch. We must remember that we all go through times of difficulty, trials, and tribulations and these difficulties can come from different sources such as life (friction of normal life); mistakes-that we make that may be painful and harmful, and affliction- intentional affliction from others.

We need to understand that difficult situations will come our way and they provide us with an opportunity to turn and trust in the Lord. We must not compromise with the situations that come our way but always believe that God is with us and will never leave us. When we trust God through difficulties, we will come out on the other side unscathed. God promises to be with us when we walk through fire. He doesn’t leave us to fend for ourselves.

Jesus said in Matthew 28:20b(NIV)  “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
